About the role

  • Actively participate in the agile software development process, creating and maintaining web and mobile applications with effective, fast, and attractive interfaces;
  • Participate in and actively collaborate on DevOps and Continuous Delivery processes;
  • Develop and maintain reusable and scalable user interface components;
  • Participate in and support code quality improvement controls, addressing vulnerabilities, multilingual code adjustments, and test coverage with support from SonarQube;
  • Mentor other Software Developers (I and II) and interact with Solution Architects;
  • Stay up to date and promote trends and best practices in Frontend/Backend development and APIs, supporting the team to deliver quality and secure code;
  • Work on developing new products and features, as well as system maintenance and integrations with CRM, WMS, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Contact Center tools on Web and Mobile platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing with Angular, Kotlin, and Java (Spring Boot);
  • Strong experience building cross-platform mobile applications (Android/iOS) using Flutter;
  • Solid knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture;
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud environments;
  • Advanced knowledge of low-code/no-code tools (Microsoft: Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate preferred);
  • Enthusiastic about generative AI with experience or experimentation in projects using Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, and QuickSight;
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Lean, and OKR.
