About the role

  • Create and evolve **Terraform modules** to standardize data platform components (networking, IAM, storage, compute, pipelines, etc.).
  • Architect, develop and maintain **ETL/ELT pipelines and processes**, ensuring quality, scalability and observability.
  • Establish standards and best practices for **DataOps**, including versioning, testing, deployments and monitoring.
  • Provide technical and consultative support to data teams, helping to design robust solutions aligned with corporate architecture.
  • Implement **governance**, security and cost-optimization mechanisms in cloud data environments.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with **Terraform** and infrastructure as code.
  • Hands-on experience with **cloud** (AWS, Azure or GCP), especially with data services.
  • Deep knowledge of **pipelines**, **ETL/ELT** and data architectures (Data Lake, DW, Lakehouse).
  • Proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**.
  • Experience with **CI/CD** applied to data and automation.
  • Knowledge of containers (Docker) and, preferably, Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating Terraform libraries or modules at enterprise scale.
  • Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow, Prefect, Dagster or Step Functions.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Cloud or data engineering certifications.
