About the role

  • Lead software engineering teams, ensuring alignment, autonomy, engagement, and consistent delivery.
  • Drive the planning and tracking of technical tasks, ensuring focus and quality.
  • Ensure delivery of high-complexity projects with an emphasis on scalability, best practices, and long-term support.
  • Collaborate with partner teams such as Product, DevOps, SRE, and Cloud Engineering.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in processes, automation, and ways of working.
  • Be responsible for the development, professional growth, and performance monitoring of the team.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering and other areas involved in the development lifecycle.
  • Strengthen a culture of collaboration and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and technology projects of high complexity.
  • Hands-on background as a software engineer; knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and Angular is desirable.
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Practical experience working in multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and to lead technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Ability to develop people, resolve conflicts, and support the professional growth of the team.
  • Delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
