About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical leadership role for a team of design engineers
- Develop complete product solutions – from initial concept to series production readiness

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of design experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- At least initial leadership experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
- Confident use of CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative and team leadership with tact
