About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You take on the technical leadership role for a team of design engineers.
- You develop complete product solutions — from initial concept through to production readiness.
- You drive the digitalization of design and engineering processes (keywords: CAD tools, SAP S/4HANA).
- You coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, R&D and Production to keep projects on track.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of design/engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least initial leadership experience.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
- Confident use of CAD systems (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and sound project management skills.
