Field Sales Representative – Raw Materials, Recycled Materials
MMSearchSales Representative for raw materials and recycling materials focusing on supplier relationships and market development. Home office flexibility in a strategic recycling environment in Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and develop new supplier relationships in PVC raw materials, recyclates, as well as post-consumer and post-industrial materials
- Actively manage and develop existing partners to secure and increase material volumes
- Independently monitor the market and identify new opportunities in recycling and material flow management
- Conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers and business partners
- Manage leads, activities and terms in the CRM system
- Work closely with production, logistics and management to ensure stable material flows
- Develop pragmatic solutions along the supply chain
- Analyze market, price and product developments within your area of responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in field sales, sales, procurement or material flow management – ideally in an industrial environment or the recycling sector
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and enthusiasm for building long-term business relationships
- Independent, reliable and goal-oriented work style
- English language skills for collaboration with international partners
