Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands‑on leadership experience in plant engineering or special-purpose machinery manufacturing with an international focus
Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering) or equivalent qualification with additional certification as a master craftsman/technician
Organizational leader with proven leadership skills and a hands‑on mentality
Proficient in production control, assembly planning and process management
Experienced in intercultural environments and confident working within complex project structures
Business‑fluent German and English — additional languages welcome
