About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform external field duties as a company representative
Support passenger transportation within personnel logistics
Assist crew changes at ports and airports
Ensure safety, efficiency and excellent service for national and international crew members
Work a 6x1 shift schedule (six days on, one day off)
Travel as required by the role

Requirements

High school diploma
Good communication skills

Organizational skills, responsibility and focus
Ability to work under pressure
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Full availability for travel
Residence in downtown Rio de Janeiro or nearby neighborhoods/localities, with approximately 20–30 minutes commuting by public transportation
2 years' experience in administrative and operational roles in Logistics and Personnel within the Oil & Gas industry is desirable
Logistics qualification and intermediate English are advantages
