Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated experience taking major features or entire products from initial concept to production, maintaining full lifecycle ownership of significant technical projects.
Full-Stack TypeScript Expertise: Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both front-end and back-end environments (prior blockchain development experience is not required).
AI-Assisted Workflows: High fluency with modern AI coding tools, possessing a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools effectively to accelerate development cycles.
Data Grid Experience: Experience working with complex data layouts; familiarity with AG Grid or similar data grid libraries is highly advantageous.
Startup Agility: An adaptable, self-directed mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity, ideally developed through prior experience in early-stage startup environments.
