Requirements

What you’ll need

Expert Go Proficiency: Deep technical expertise in Go, including context management, race detection, profiling, and advanced testing practices.
Distributed Systems Experience: Proven track record of building and owning user-facing, low-latency systems at scale, particularly under highly variable or "bursty" traffic.
Database Mastery: Strong fundamentals in schema design, transaction management, indexing, and performance tuning for high-throughput applications.
Startup Mentality: Comfort operating in a small, high-ownership environment with minimal process and a strong emphasis on shipping quality code.
Modern DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native scaling strategies.
