About the role

  • Ensure that precise financial instruments are intuitive, easy to use, and clearly understood by the end user.
  • Optimize every millisecond of user interactions to provide a "blazing-fast" experience.
  • Implement deep tracing and observability across user flows to monitor system health and transaction success.
  • Design and build the best possible SDK for other DApps to integrate and utilize.
  • Design, test, and implement highly resilient state machines for managing Request for Quote (RFQ) processes.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, defining both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the application.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
  • Deep familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, specifically the ability to bridge EVM and non-EVM ecosystems.
  • A strong sense for design and UI/UX with the ability to code for multiple target form factors (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Proven experience in building functional, effective, and production-grade platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to writing clean, organized, and maintainable code.
  • The ability to effectively collaborate with coworkers across multiple time zones in a high-velocity startup environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
