Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience designing and building distributed backend systems.

Core Stack: Professional experience with Python 3.
Infrastructure & Data: Proven experience with containerized systems (Docker & Kubernetes), databases (Postgres/SQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra), and cloud environments (AWS).
Monitoring: Experience with observability tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Soft Skills: Clear, proactive communication skills suited for a distributed, async-first team and a strong ownership mindset.
