About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc)
Preparation of marketing documents
Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms
Internet and database research on various sectors and prospects
Preparation of financial analysis and business planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Individuals in the penultimate year of their bachelor’s or master’s degree
A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure
Strong numerical ability and logical reasoning
Outstanding academic record
A keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Demonstrable commercial skills
An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
