About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support planning and execution of business enablement initiatives that improve business processes through technology
- Coordinate communication plans covering project objectives, timelines, impacts, and benefits
- Develop, edit, and deliver communications, presentations, announcements, training materials, FAQs, user guides, and executive updates
- Assist in developing and facilitating training programs for new systems, tools, and business processes
- Support change management activities to encourage adoption and minimize disruption
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document feedback, and communicate project updates
- Build stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted resource throughout projects
- Analyze user feedback to identify process improvement and adoption opportunities
- Track project progress, adoption metrics, and performance indicators and communicate results to project leadership
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and document results
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field preferred
- Four (4) or more years of experience in business operations, communications, project coordination, change management, training, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build positive working relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating training materials, presentations, and business documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Self-motivated with accountability, ownership, and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a collaborative team
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.; employer sponsorship is not offered
