About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build Mitigram’s next-generation trade platform and AI-assisted products
Develop secure enterprise authentication features including SSO, MFA, and social login
Build user and organisation management features
Develop security-critical, auditable systems
Create responsive and accessible frontends
Implement API integrations across Mitigram’s ecosystem
Build scalable microservices
Work within a modern clean architecture using API-first development and strong types
Collaborate through code reviews and cross-functional engineering work
Use AI-powered development agents to accelerate development quality and output
Contribute to continuous deployment and frequent releases
Ship features end-to-end from database to user interface

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfort using AI coding assistants such as Copilot and Claude
Strong C#/.NET background with solid Domain-Driven Design understanding
Experience with CQRS or similar architectural patterns
Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript or Svelte
Strong TypeScript and type-safe coding practices
SQL expertise; ability to write queries without relying solely on ORMs
Test-Driven Development mindset
5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated experience in full-stack software development
Svelte experience or eagerness to learn quickly
Dapper or micro-ORM familiarity
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
Willingness to undergo reference and background checks
