About the role
- Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Respond to inquiries with accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams to meet sales goals.
- Process orders and manage customer accounts using CRM tools.
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
- Work onsite Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; support sales team and company objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; experience in the window and door industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
