About the role
- Manage customer relationships and process orders from quote to delivery
- Master quoting platforms: CustomView and WebCP
- Manage the full quote-to-order process with precision and attention to detail
- Identify product limitations and requirements (e.g., wind load, steel reinforcements)
- Review and edit quotes, resolve discrepancies, and finalize orders
- Communicate with dealers to clarify quote details and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with production teams for CAD drawings and special order parts
- Determine shipping methods and charges, and submit orders for production
- Support outside sales and ISS Level II teams with timely updates and solutions
- Handle dealer change requests and backorder communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in windows and doors industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- A team-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and decimals
