About the role
- Be the first point of contact—greet visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide helpful information.
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks like filing, copying, and document prep.
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- Assist with mailroom duties and special mailings from Marketing or Sales.
- Respond to basic service/product inquiries and support the case queue.
- Maintain key control and coordinate EMT calls.
- Provide backup support to the switchboard as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
