About the role

  • Be the first point of contact—greet visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and provide helpful information.
  • Support internal teams with clerical tasks like filing, copying, and document prep.
  • Coordinate visitor access and maintain security protocols.
  • Assist with mailroom duties and special mailings from Marketing or Sales.
  • Respond to basic service/product inquiries and support the case queue.
  • Maintain key control and coordinate EMT calls.
  • Provide backup support to the switchboard as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
