About the role
- Lead full life cycle recruiting with an emphasis on developing early-career and school-based talent pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with academic programs, faculty, and career services to support student and new-grad recruitment.
- Manage job postings across traditional job boards and campus platforms, ensuring accurate and effective role visibility.
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and participate in candidate evaluations for students, new-grad, and experienced hires.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and outreach activities to elevate brand presence and attract emerging talent.
- Ensure all recruiting processes align with federal, state, and local employment regulations, as well as internal policy requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years job specific experience preferred.
- 1 year healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- Human Resources certification preferred.
- Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet-based recruiting resources (Handshake, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) experience preferred.
