About the role
- Independent order processing – from entry to on-time delivery
- Preparation of customer-focused quotations in close coordination with Sales
- Handling complaints – solution-oriented and service-minded
- Coordination of goods flows with our central warehouse and the parent company in Finland
- Telephone customer support – friendly, professional, and competent
- Support for our field sales team to jointly achieve optimal results for our customers
Requirements
- Commercial training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
- 3–5 years of experience
- Fluent in German; good command of English
- MS Office & modern PC applications
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
- Desire for personal development
