About the role

  • Independent order processing – from entry to on-time delivery
  • Preparation of customer-focused quotations in close coordination with Sales
  • Handling complaints – solution-oriented and service-minded
  • Coordination of goods flows with our central warehouse and the parent company in Finland
  • Telephone customer support – friendly, professional, and competent
  • Support for our field sales team to jointly achieve optimal results for our customers

Requirements

  • Commercial training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • Fluent in German; good command of English
  • MS Office & modern PC applications
  • Strong organizational skills and communication abilities
  • Desire for personal development
