About the role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles globally
- Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results
- Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices
- Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience
- Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows
- Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments
- Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions
- Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
- Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures.
