About the role
- Implement and iterate on well-scoped features for agentic/AI infrastructure services
- Write readable, tested code and participate in reviews; help improve our CI/CD and developer experience
- Join design discussions and RFCs; provide feedback and propose pragmatic solutions
- Help containerize, deploy, and troubleshoot services on Kubernetes
- Triage issues, reproduce bugs, contribute patches, and engage respectfully with contributors/users
- Add and maintain user and developer docs for the areas you touch
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one of: Go, Rust, or Python
- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST and/or gRPC)
- Hands-on with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes fundamentals ( pods, deployments, services, ingress)
- Familiarity with distributed systems concepts (concurrency, messaging, retries, idempotency)
- Comfort with Linux, Git, and modern CI/CD
- Experience using AI-powered coding tools
- Clear communication and collaborative working style
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving capabilities with proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
