Working Student Sales Development Representative, B2B SaaS, AI

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You identify companies with 500+ employees and research relevant contacts.
- You create structured lead lists and record all activities in Pipedrive.
- You contact potential customers at a high frequency — primarily by phone, supplemented by email and LinkedIn.
- You reach out to decision-makers in HR, Recruiting, Employer Branding, Marketing, Internal Communications and Access Management.
- You identify suitable use cases, qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Account Executive.
- You proactively approach MINTANO existing customers to uncover cross-selling opportunities.
- You test new tools and processes for lead research and prospecting, for example Clay in the future.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are enrolled at university and can support us for 20 hours per week.
- You enjoy making calls and are not discouraged by rejection.
- You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
- You present yourself in a friendly, confident and professional way.
- You are fluent in German and have strong English skills.
- You are interested in B2B SaaS, AI and modern sales.
- You are an especially good fit if you already have experience in sales, recruiting, active sourcing, personnel placement or telephone outreach.
