About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service
- Operating espresso machines and grinding coffee beans
- Preparing light food and snacks where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked coffee station
- Cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and work areas throughout your shift
- Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures
- Delivering a professional and welcoming experience in busy event environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous barista experience preferred
- Passion for great coffee and outstanding customer service
- Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work confidently in fast-paced event environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major events
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is desirable
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Strong spoken and written English
