About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and maintaining court bookkeeping and financial records
Providing complex financial procedural information
Reviewing and processing business expense reimbursements, biweekly payroll, and payments
Accurately reviewing financials and reports for statutory compliance
Reviewing and processing restitution payment reports and weekly disbursements
Assisting and communicating with internal and external customers
Collaborating with team members to ensure daily work assignments are completed efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field and experience in bookkeeping, collections, or accounting
OR High school graduation (or equivalent) and (3) years of relevant job experience
Experience using Microsoft Office, and computerized accounting systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills related to accounting functions
Ability to interpret and apply policies and statutes to a variety of situations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
