About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Build or continue an independent clinical practice within a professional group-practice community
- Offer individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, psychological testing, and/or DBT services
- Focus on specialty services, general mental health services, or a combination
- Option to join the clinic’s MN DHS-certified DBT team
- Choose work hours and part-time or full-time schedule
- Provide services in-office, through hybrid work, or from home where applicable
- Participate in consultation groups with other clinicians
- Use MCP administrative and clinical support services while focusing on clinical practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a licensed independent contractor (1099)
- Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota or be a member of PSYPACT
- Licensed Psychologist credentials: Ph.D. LP, Psy.D. LP, or MA LP
- Part-time roles require a minimum of 15 client contact hours per week
- Clinicians with all theoretical orientations are encouraged to apply
- Evidence-based treatment experience is relevant; DBT experience is welcome but not required
- Applicants may be seasoned DBT clinicians or clinicians who want to learn DBT
