About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults
- Offer individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, DBT services, specialty services, general mental health services, or combinations of services
- Choose whether to focus on specialty services such as EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT, and assessments
- Provide services in the office, through hybrid arrangements, or with work-from-home flexibility
- Participate in Minnesota Center for Psychology’s DBT team when desired
- Choose work hours and part-time or full-time schedule
- Develop or continue an independent clinical practice within a group private practice community
- Collaborate with other clinicians through consultation groups
- Use MCP’s administrative, billing, credentialing, technology, reception, and office support services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota or be a member of PSYPACT
- Positions are for licensed independent contractors (1099)
- Minimum of 15 client contact hours per week for part-time openings
- Clinicians with all theoretical orientations are encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in evidence-based treatments is relevant
- DBT clinicians may join the MN DHS-certified DBT team
- Must be able to provide mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults
