Requirements

Expertise in modern front-end frameworks, ideally: React
Strong TypeScript fundamentals across both build systems
CSS proficiency, including: Tailwind CSS, Component level styling patterns
Comfort with pnpm monorepos and workspace based development
Understanding of modern build tooling: Vite, Astro’s compiler
Ability to troubleshoot SSR/SSG issues and deploy pipelines
Experience building or maintaining early stage design systems or component libraries
Strong opinion on how frontend codebases should be organized
Some experience with Claude Code / Cursor / GenAI workflows / toolchains
High attention to visual detail: spacing, typography, rhythm, animation polish
Ability to translate Figma designs into clean, production ready implementation
Ability to reason about backend/API design to ensure clean frontend integration
Comfortable operating in a fast moving, early stage environment
