  • **Role Overview**We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Support professional to ensure smooth stock management, fulfilment, and logistical coordination across our Marketing and Sales activities. This role suits someone highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • **Key Responsibilities****Marketing & Sales Operations**
  • - Manage stock levels of marketing, promotional, and merchandising materials.
  • - Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock flow.
  • - Prepare and dispatch orders for retailers, Brand Ambassadors, influencers, and events.
  • - Source and procure marketing products, POS assets, and event-related materials.
  • **Promoter & Event Support**
  • - Provide promoters with the necessary stock and POS for in-store activities.
  • - Coordinate logistics for trade fairs, PR activations, and event kits.
  • - Oversee compliance and batch management for reworks and kitting.
  • **Reporting & Administration**
  • - Monitor stock accuracy, discrepancies, and logistics-related costs.
  • - Maintain accurate data and records in ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • - Support internal teams by resolving operational or fulfilment issues promptly.
  • **Skills & Experience**
  • - 1–3 years in marketing operations, logistics, supply chain support, or a similar role.
  • - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) preferred.
  • - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • - Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting.
  • - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Experience working with 3PLs or distribution partners is beneficial.
  • - Interest in beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
