About the role

  • Responsible for the overall planning, monitoring, and execution of the project.
  • Ensures adequate resources are timely available in the project, manages issues, mitigates risks, tracks project progress, and manages the budget for the project.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of processes, deliverables and tools used during all the project phases of a salesforce implementation.
  • Ensures that the project produces the outcome as per the contractual obligation and within the specified tolerance of time, cost, quality, scope, risk, and benefits.
  • Develops and executes a communication plan, with regular updates to all stakeholders, reports on project progress, issues, and risks.
  • Drives desired professional behavior and motivates the team to the highest levels of performance.
  • Ensures that team members have the best conditions to perform successfully, advocates for positive change and flags risks and problems.
  • Manages the client relationship throughout the engagement.
  • Continually assesses people, process and technology risks and adjusts project plans to address them accordingly.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of overall Salesforce architecture and platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a project manager.
  • Experienced in delivering salesforce projects using scrum agile, waterfall and hybrid (agile + waterfall) delivery methodologies.
  • Experienced in implementing small, medium, and enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
  • Extensive external consulting experience, including CRM consulting and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Holds SF certified admin credential.
  • Planning, time management, people management, problem solving, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
