About the role
- Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with client stakeholders, capturing business goals, pain points, and success criteria
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce solution designs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and custom platform configurations
- Author business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FSDs), process flows, data models, and solution architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices
- Configure and customize the Salesforce platform: custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off, ensuring delivered solutions meet client expectations
- Support change management and user adoption through training materials, documentation, and enablement sessions
- Manage requirements backlog and participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies — recommend mitigation strategies to project leadership
- Contribute to pre-sales efforts including scoping, estimation, and solution presentations for prospective clients
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration/administration experience
- Prior external consulting or SI delivery experience is strongly preferred
- Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue Cloud) in implementation contexts
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes)
- Experience with business process mapping, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder workshops
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, MS Office / Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data migration concepts
- Exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Advanced is a significant plus
- Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and basic data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable leading client-facing meetings and navigating ambiguity
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
