About the role

Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar tools
Define and execute roadmaps for implementing Azure clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-region/multi-cloud environments
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and orchestration tools (Helm, Rancher, Kustomize, etc.)
Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, operations, security) to ensure smooth deployments and operations
Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues
Maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and tools

5+ years of DevOps or related engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree
Hands-on expertise with Azure and/or GCP
Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform (or CloudFormation)
Skilled in CI/CD processes and tools (GitHub Actions, Harness, or equivalent)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash or PowerShell)
Solid understanding of Git and Git workflows
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Local candidates only (Onsite in Cincinnati, OH)
Ability to work Eastern Time - New York (EST) hours
