About the role
- You manage multiple Salesforce clients holistically at a strategic level and drive the targeted evolution of their system and process landscapes.
- Independently identify growth potential and derive concrete measures to further develop sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Advise decision-makers at the C-level as a trusted partner, with a clear focus on business impact, scalability, and sustainable value creation.
- Take ownership of developing customer accounts and expanding long-term, partnership-based relationships.
- Provide subject-matter leadership for consultants and actively promote knowledge transfer and team development.
- Actively contribute to and strategically expand our Managed Services area.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or in comparable roles with direct client responsibility.
- Professional experience advising and supporting C-level stakeholders and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Ability to understand complex requirements, evaluate them strategically, and translate them into scalable, business-oriented solutions.
