About the role
- As a Senior / Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant you shape our clients' digital HR core system. Your focus is on stable data models, clear organizational structures and future-proof HR processes in the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- You design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the central HR master data system and ensure a clean representation of organizational, employee and process structures.
- In projects you take responsibility for Employee Central topics and work closely with project management, adjacent modules and the client.
- You analyze client requirements holistically and translate them into robust, maintainable EC solutions based on proven SAP standards.
- You facilitate workshops, advise on best practices, support decision-making processes and assist with effort estimation and project planning.
Requirements
- Several years of consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a clear focus on Employee Central, form the professional basis for this role.
- Experience designing HR master data, organizational structures and Core HR processes, as well as a good understanding of adjacent modules, is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for projects and very good German language skills enable close and trusted collaboration with our clients.
