About the role

End-to-end support of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management / Time Tracking projects from conception through successful go-live
Functional responsibility for your own topic/project stream and close collaboration with project management and the team
Analysis of complex customer requirements and development of appropriate solutions based on best practices
Conduct workshops and trainings, perform requirements gathering and effort estimations

At least two years of professional experience, ideally in consulting with a focus on HR and/or IT projects
Experience in the HR cloud environment, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors—especially in Time Management / Time Tracking; relevant certification and knowledge of other modules (e.g., Employee Central) are advantageous
Willingness to travel and very good German language skills to serve as a reliable on-site contact for clients
