About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Procure, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices across our European markets
Own our Workspace environment end to end: user lifecycle management, shared drives, groups, organisational units, and access policies
Manage user access across our third-party application landscape, provisioning, deprovisioning, and keeping permissions aligned with the principle of least privilege
Manage and maintain network infrastructure at our Stockholm office, including Wi-Fi, VLANs, and guest access
Be the first point of contact for IT issues across the organisation, troubleshooting hardware, software, and access problems for colleagues in all markets
Own relationships with our IT vendors and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
Play an active role in our ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials compliance work

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2–4 years of hands-on IT experience in a similar generalist role
Solid experience managing macOS devices, Jamf and ABM experience is a strong plus
Solid experience managing Windows devices, Intune experience is a strong plus
Comfortable administering Google Workspace across user management, security settings, and organisational structure
Familiar with SaaS access management and the discipline around joiner/mover/leaver processes
Some exposure to ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials, you should know what a control looks like and why it matters
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus, but not required
Based in Stockholm
