About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the preparation of market studies and analyses in the education sector
- Monitor public notices, contracting opportunities, and activity on platforms such as PNCP, Effecti, and other relevant sources
- Collect, organize, and structure databases in Excel, ensuring data reliability and quality
- Perform data cross-checks (e.g., comparing datasets, identifying discrepancies, consolidating information)
- Prepare reports and analyses based on educational and market data
- Create and support the development of commercial presentations (Google Slides and PowerPoint) with data, evidence, and insights
- Gather information on school networks, public policies, and educational trends
- Collaborate with the team to generate insights and identify commercial opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Economics, Education, Statistics, or related fields)
- Intermediate/advanced Excel (required): VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data cross-referencing and validation, data organization and standardization, etc.
- Experience in or aptitude for data analysis and interpretation
- Interest in the education sector and public policy
- Investigative, organized profile with strong attention to detail
- Strong written communication for systematizing information and presenting analyses
- Experience building presentations (Google Slides and PowerPoint)
- Practical and responsible use of AI tools to support analyses and productivity
- Preferred: Previous experience in commercial areas, market intelligence, or education
- Experience with educational datasets (IDEB, SAEB, School Census)
- Knowledge of public procurement (PNCP, public tenders and procurement auctions/pregões)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Metabase)
- Being based in São Paulo (capital) is a plus
