Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full lifecycle of permit-related projects
Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects
Provide proactive status updates to the Manager and clients
Escalate issues before they become delays
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients
Maintain detailed project records and provide structured status updates
Coordinate and communicate with clients, plans examiners, and internal teams
Oversee deliverables including entitlements, timelines, and risk tracking
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project quality standards
Prepare reports, documentation, and milestone updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in permitting and / or entitlements in the Mid-Atlantic region
Strong, proactive communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong initiative and a genuine desire to learn
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal departments
Proven experience collaborating with internal and external project teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
