About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full lifecycle of permit-related projects
- Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects
- Provide proactive status updates to the Manager and clients
- Escalate issues before they become delays
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients
- Maintain detailed project records and provide structured status updates
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, plans examiners, and internal teams
- Oversee deliverables including entitlements, timelines, and risk tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and project quality standards
- Prepare reports, documentation, and milestone updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in permitting and / or entitlements in the Mid-Atlantic region
- Strong, proactive communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong initiative and a genuine desire to learn
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal departments
- Proven experience collaborating with internal and external project teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
