Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience supporting executives, teams, or complex business operations
  • Exceptional service orientation and genuine desire to help others succeed
  • Outstanding organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong project coordination and administrative skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable operating with influence rather than authority
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
