About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for clients throughout implementation through production
  • Support day-to-day client operations, including ticket management, system updates, data refreshes, and release notifications
  • Manage tickets and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Engage regularly with clients to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and maximize product and service value
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and optimize data processes
  • Coordinate client support activities with client engineering teams in the US and India
  • Communicate requirements, timelines, and priorities to engineering teams and track status and outcomes
  • Analyze healthcare data and translate analytic outputs into clear, actionable insights
  • Develop informative, clear, and easy-to-use client-facing deliverables
  • Navigate MedInsight, enterprise tools, applications, and cloud-based environments
  • Perform other related or unrelated duties as assigned
  • Travel on a limited basis as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, health care, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to translate client needs into requirements, align priorities and timelines, manage escalations, and resolve issues
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client priorities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups accurately
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve client outcomes or business impact
  • Ability to learn and navigate technical tools to review and analyze client data
  • Ability to address software upgrades, functionality, healthcare analytics, and data-related questions with clients
  • Ability to analyze data and develop clear, informative, easy-to-use client-facing deliverables
  • Ability to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data sources and platforms
  • Problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
  • Prior exposure to healthcare payer or ACO data
  • Prior exposure to EHR systems, clinical data, and claims data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps or Jira is nice to have
  • Exposure to Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages is nice to have
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman
