About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Document processes and create SOP’s for Operations Support and CPG teams.
- Review documentation provided for transitioning processes to CPG for adherence to best practices.
- Review existing documentation to ensure best practices are being maintained.
- Update documentation as necessary, distributing the updated material to the appropriate groups.
- Work with CPG Help Desk to ensure consistency of process and adherence to best practices.
- Work with the SME to facilitate any necessary training for new/updated documentation.
- Document and maintain library of global processes.
- Communicate with management regularly on high profile issues and their resolution.
- Monitor progress for all assigned projects and update the appropriate project management tool(s) on a proactive and timely basis.
- Provide Help Desk support during high volume times.
- Ensure final work products are of high quality, provided in a timely fashion and adhere to internal peer review guidelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of related experience
- Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to productively respond to change
- Excellent organization and time management skills
