About the role
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming marketing requests, helping gather requirements, clarify needs, and route work appropriately
- Guide internal stakeholders through structured intake and project briefing to set expectations around timelines, templates, and available solutions
- Coordinate marketing projects at various stages, ensuring tasks move forward smoothly and deadlines are tracked
- Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and design resources to support the production of marketing assets such as: Event materials (in person and digital), social media visuals, marketing collateral and templates
- Track proofs, revisions, and approvals to support on time delivery of materials
- Support planning and execution of marketing events by coordinating materials, timelines, and internal inputs
- Work with project managers and marketing colleagues to support execution across digital and event channels
- Help document processes, active projects, and outputs to support continuous improvement of marketing workflows
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and help implement foundational execution plans
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of professional experience in customer service, project coordination, marketing support, or a related role
- Exposure to modern marketing channels (digital marketing, events, social, or creative production)
- Hands on experience supporting marketing production activities or coordinated deliverables
- Comfort using common project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, or similar platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems, make sound judgment calls, and stay calm in time sensitive situations
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working with a range of stakeholders
