About the role
- Work through all phases of the design process – from research and discovery to prototyping, validation, and final delivery
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, iterate on solutions, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into intuitive designs that solve real user problems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
- Help maintain and evolve our design systems and processes for consistency and efficiency
- Champion user-centered design across the organization and advocate for best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving user problems.
