About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
- Configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
- Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations regarding system settings, programming, and operational improvements.
- Partner with Sales on customer visits to support new business development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in automation and control systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of electronics, PLC-controlled systems, and troubleshooting
- Experience training or supporting distributors or partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across America.
- Fluently communicate verbally and written in English.
