About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
Configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations regarding system settings, programming, and operational improvements.
Partner with Sales on customer visits to support new business development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in automation and control systems engineering
Strong knowledge of electronics, PLC-controlled systems, and troubleshooting
Experience training or supporting distributors or partners
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across America.
Fluently communicate verbally and written in English.
