About the role

  • Outbound phone outreach to strategically selected B2B accounts in the DACH market
  • Qualifying marketing and sales leads using an account-based approach
  • First contact with decision-makers in marketing, product, technical documentation and management
  • Accurate documentation of all activities in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with a strong command of the language and a confident tone for B2B phone contact
  • Very good English skills (company language is English)
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's program (from the 3rd semester) or a Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics or similar)
  • Comfortable with phone outreach — real conversations, not just reading from a script
  • Structured, independent working style
  • Resilience to rejection — handling refusal is part of the role
