About the role
- Outbound phone outreach to strategically selected B2B accounts in the DACH market
- Qualifying marketing and sales leads using an account-based approach
- First contact with decision-makers in marketing, product, technical documentation and management
- Accurate documentation of all activities in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development
Requirements
- Native German speaker with a strong command of the language and a confident tone for B2B phone contact
- Very good English skills (company language is English)
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's program (from the 3rd semester) or a Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics or similar)
- Comfortable with phone outreach — real conversations, not just reading from a script
- Structured, independent working style
- Resilience to rejection — handling refusal is part of the role
