About the role

  • You independently provide solution-oriented advice to our major clients — including those in the telecommunications sector — on legal, technical, and organizational data protection matters.
  • You work closely with an experienced project team of data protection consultants, benefit from intensive knowledge-sharing, and actively contribute your expertise.
  • You support our clients in designing and developing data protection agreements, management processes, risk management, website compliance, and meeting transparency obligations.
  • You advise on appropriate technical and organizational measures (TOMs) and support their implementation on the client side.
  • You accompany and support the introduction of new products and processes and provide advice from a data protection perspective.
  • You can expect varied, individual projects with a high degree of creative freedom and exciting insights across different industries.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in data protection, ideally in a consulting environment, with in-depth knowledge of data protection law.
  • Quick comprehension and an interest in legal and technical questions.
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style combined with team spirit, reliability, and a good sense of humor.
  • Confident application of data protection requirements and legal bases for data processing.
  • Strong client orientation and the ability to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
Benefits
  • Flexible arrangements that suit you: flexible working hours, two team days in the office per month, and limited travel — so you can organize your workday according to your needs.
  • Collegial team: open feedback culture, regular team events, and a motivated, professional environment where ideas and input are valued.
  • Plenty of scope for initiative: flat hierarchies allow you to contribute your own ideas and actively shape the future.
  • Time off and workation: 30 vacation days plus Christmas and New Year’s Eve off, and up to 30 days per year of workation from within Europe — for the perfect balance between work and relaxation.
  • Participation and compensation: a performance-based salary for a 40-hour workweek and profit distributions through our participation model.
  • Structured onboarding: a structured introduction and our buddy program ensure you integrate quickly and feel comfortable.
  • Development: individual training and development opportunities support your personal and professional growth. You can participate in our internal career program on request.
  • Individual benefits: enjoy attractive extras such as a company bike (JobRad), Corporate Benefits, health promotion programs, and many more perks.
  • Diverse experience: exciting insights beyond data protection into areas such as management systems and Work Smart.
  • Top employer: we are Great Place to Work®-certified and repeatedly recognized on Kununu — in 2025 for the fourth consecutive time as “Top Company” with a score of 4.6.
