About the role
- Support day‑to‑day IT operations.
- Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Provide end‑user support.
- Learn best practices in system administration, automation, and cloud operations.
Requirements
- Support the DevOps team in maintaining and enhancing internal IT systems and cloud infrastructure hosted in AWS.
- Provide end‑user IT support, including onboarding and offboarding users, troubleshooting access issues, and maintaining IT inventory.
- Assist with monitoring AWS infrastructure to help ensure system reliability, performance, and availability.
- Support internal tools and platforms used across the organization (desktop and web‑based).
- Help identify opportunities to improve IT processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist with basic automation tasks and scripts using tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, under guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to support development and release processes across distributed systems.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing within the team.

- **Skills Requirements **
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration.
- Foundational knowledge of Active Directory concepts.
- Exposure to endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Bitdefender) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of AWS services such as EC2 and S3; hands‑on experience is a plus.
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting, or CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with MS Intune or device management tools.
