About the role
- Assists the Dining Business Services team with nutritional data entry and other systems work.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Assists the Dining Business Services team with setting up nutrition and entering the data into the NetMenu application.
- Assists with other data entry tasks that will further develop our systems
- Working with chefs to clarify recipes for Board Dining and Retail Foods
Requirements
- Detail oriented, organization skills and ability to multitask in a sometime fast paced office environment.
- Strong PC skills; advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office Suites, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong customer service mindset, and the ability to diplomatically interact with individuals and departments at all levels of the college.
- Must be able to work with confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Communicate effectively orally and written.
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, walk around campus, and carry 20-30 pounds occasionally.
- Student Employment Eligibility: Unless restricted by certain visa status, all students with an active status for the semester are eligible for jobs on campus.
- Students on leave or withdrawn are not eligible to work in student employment positions until the semester in which they return. If you are currently withdrawn or on leave you are eligible to be employed in staff positions.
- Some may be restricted due to financial aid status. International students (non-resident aliens) may not work off campus unless they have applied for and received work authorization from the United States government. (An F-1 visa does not give work authorization.) Off campus work study positions are available only to U.S. citizens on financial aid with a federal work study component.
- Student are not eligible to work remotely from International locations.
