About the role

  • Varied and challenging responsibilities across the entire software development lifecycle in client project assignments
  • Independent coordination of diverse requirement specifications with our clients and business departments
  • Analysis and conceptualization of data preparation processes from the interface to the KPI
  • Development and implementation of relational and multidimensional databases
  • Optimization of existing system solutions in the context of Data Warehouse
  • Design of the architecture and schema of the Data Warehouse and development of modern solutions for a data model

Requirements

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics or another degree program with an IT and/or computer science focus
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in agile Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse projects
  • Implementation of GDPR-compliant data warehouse solutions
  • Professional experience in designing ETL processes and data structures
  • Confident use of SQL and experience handling large volumes of data
  • Experience designing interfaces to the Data Warehouse and, ideally, designing event-based interfaces with Apache Kafka
  • Business-fluent German
  • Strong conceptual skills and analytical thinking
