About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Maintain and provide continual service improvements across implemented ServiceNow modules
Work with product owners and stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows
Participate in or lead architecture and design decisions
Mentor, peer review, and support other developers
Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows, and business use cases
Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Design and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting
Design, update, and configure Service Portal / Employee Center layouts, widgets, and menus
Configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, and related ServiceNow components
Perform operational administrative tasks as needed
Assist with report configuration and maintenance as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from all regions of the world

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development in three or more listed modules
Experience working in an Agile environment
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
In-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting
Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow development best-practice processes, procedures, and governance
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is nice to have
Experience with migration from Service Portal to Employee Center is nice to have
Experience with ServiceNow AI implementation is nice to have
Experience with Virtual Agent conversations and integrations is nice to have
